We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to assist individuals, particularly children and adolescents, in managing behavioral challenges. This role primarily focuses on working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. Behavior Technicians must collaborate with families and other caregivers to ensure that intervention plans are implemented consistently across home and other settings.
An ideal candidate should possess patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. They should have experience working with children and a solid understanding of the principles of behavior analysis. This role may require flexible working hours and the ability to work in various settings, including homes, schools, or clinics.
