We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to assist individuals, particularly children and adolescents, in managing behavioral challenges. This role primarily focuses on working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. Behavior Technicians work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement behavioral intervention plans. Additionally, they will work directly with clients to teach behavioral strategies, develop social skills, and promote self-regulation. Behavior Technicians must collaborate with families and other caregivers to ensure that intervention plans are implemented consistently across home and other settings. They should have experience working with children and a solid understanding of the principles of behavior analysis.
